Description
Marbella is in the heart of the western Costa del Sol, between the slopes of the Sierra Blanca and the coastline. Once a fishing village is now a popular seaside resort.
Warning: port entrance is difficult in W and SW winds.
Moor:  the marina, located east of the lighthouse, has concrete docks with laid moorings; subject to swell in strong SW winds.

Anchor: in the bay in 15 to 16 m near the shore (off season); rocky bottom. The marina is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Marbella.
Ashore: water, electricity, showers, toilets, fuel, 5 ton crane. Engine repairs.
