Very beautiful spot, and the old rock quarries along the shore are impressive and interesting. We were visited by the "park police" in their RIB shortly after grabbing a mooring. They informed us that the moorings were 31.50 Euros per day, with weekly and monthly rates available. They also said that anchoring was permitted outside of the "sensitive areas" with mooring buoys, however "authorization" must be obtained. This was all explained in the pamphlet they gave us and on their website, www.ampisoleegadi.it. Anchoring authorization can be obtained online, and basically consists of providing boat information and paying the 36 Euro per day fee (PayPal accepted!). Note that, according to the latest info provided, NONE of the islands are in the "blue" no-fee area, and thus officially require a fee for anchoring. Prior to anchoring here, we anchored for 3 nights off of Lido Burrone and were never approached by an official boat asking for a fee, even though it is also in the "green" area.
