This is a very wide shallow bay with quite a lot of weed. Lovely clear water. If you anchor inshore either side of Isla de las Ratas (Rat Island) choose your spot carefully to drop the hook in sand. This island does provide some protection from boat wash and swell. There is a shallow bar between the island and the beach you must not try to cross. On the south side there are some moorings marked by very small fenders and these are used by Tripper boats so keep clear. Ashore at Punta de Baix is a small boat harbour and beach bars. Dinghy mooring on the quay. Supermarkets within reasonable walking distance. Use Google maps for their location. Boat wash is a bit of a problem during the day but fine at night. Useful location for provisioning and crew drop for airport. A water taxi operates from 09:30 hrs to 01:30hrs from the quay in the small boat harbour every half hour in to the Ibiz Town Harbour. 3.50€ single 6.00€ return.
