Description
Malaga is noted for its warm winters which makes it one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol. Protected by a natural bay, the harbour is well sheltered, the Mediterranean Club is located almost in the center of the town. 
Moor:
  • the public port administration (VHF 11) leaves guest yachts north of the yacht club on the Darsena de Guardiaro. There is no supply here (no toilets, electricity or water).

  • Real Club Mediterraneo (VHF 9) - Marina Malaga". Visiting yachts can stop here for up to 7 days (max. length 13m on finger pontoons). The marina is clean and staff friendly just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the city.

A representative of the port police will come and check and collect the papers.
Ashore: electricity, water, laundry, WiFi, toilets & showers, 24hr security. Chandler & boatyard (12ton crane). Airport/train shuttle. Numerous restaurants.

  • walk through the old town, around the cathedral, 
  • visit of the Alcazaba 
  • the Roman amphitheater 
  • the Castillo de Gibralfaro; - the Alcazaba and the Castillo are separate facilities and have separate entrances!
