Average 4.5 stars from 2 user reviews (add a review)

Coordinates: 037° 31.082' N , 023° 25.938' E
Country: Greece

Description
The area consists of two small bays with a small island in front, on top of which there is a chapel. The ruins of the building you will see on the largest of the two bays used to be the headquarters of a Russian naval base (hence the name of the bay).

Beware of the remains of a jetty in the northern part of the eastern bay.

We spent two nights here stern-to on the south east side, which is the only side protected from the high speed ferry wake. The bay is nice and there is free wifi at the taverna.
