We stayed two nights. A member of the Port Police visits boats each evening. Our 15 meter boat cost 21.51 to stay two nights. There was one tap for water (no charge), but you need your own hose. Perhaps a very long hose, depending on where you are berthed. Boats tied up alongside the wall on the east side of the bay. There are mosquitos and bug screens would be very handy. We found people very friendly. We took on fuel from a mini-tanker for 1.47 per liter. The Port Police helped organize this for us.
The marina, located across the bay, was not open as of May, 2018 due to some licensing issue.
