Syrna is part of a nature reserve. The island is uninhabited, there are only a few buildings and two chapels; inhabitants of neighbouring islands are farm and fish here.
Anchor: in about 30 - 40 m in front of the northern bank (good anchorage) and take two lines ashore.
Ashore: no supplies except when fishermen are here. Then you can buy for little money catch-fish or exchange for beer and soda! In the upper part of the north-western part of the bay are still bullets from the Second World War on the ground.
